For meeting notes like title, location, and guest list, you are welcome to enter them. Zoom by clicking on the three dots at the top of the toolbar. The meeting invite is in the deleted items folder because that is where meeting invites are set to go per the Calendar Options after accepting, declining, or marking as tentative.

They do not remain in the Inbox unless you remove the check mark in the Calendar Options. To my knowledge, this is only happening to 1 user. I have emailed him to ask about his Automatic Accept or Decline settings. I will keep you posted on that and will send screen shots shortly. The Automatic Accept or Decline options are not checked.

They have determined the issue to be a syncing problem with the user's phone. The user has the Outlook for Mobile app installed on an Android phone. I have asked them not to accept any meetings from their phone.

Some of my meetings did not come through that way, some I scheduled through going to the Zoom website in my browser and going to Meetings and clicking Schedule a Meeting. I have this exact same issue. Have you found a solution? It seems no one from the Zoom team is listening. I noticed that when you create a recurring meeting in the app I'm using macOS it doesn't ask you for any dates, in fact the dates disappear when you click the Recurring meeting tick box. That would suggest that a recurring meeting is not actually a series of meetings at all but instead just a meeting without a date and time.

In fact when you look at the resulting meeting invitation it says "Time: This is a recurring meeting Meet anytime".

When my user accepts a meeting invite caalendar an external email address, the meeting will sporadically disappear from their desktop Calendat Calendar.

It does not show in Outlook on the Web. It does not show in the Outlook Mobile app. This does not happen every time and only seems to happen around the first week of the calencar which makes no sense.
